100 Happy Days Weekly Round-Up 13

L-R
Day 85 - Sunday 01/02/15 | Today I went out for dinner with my family to celebrate my birthday. We go this one hotel for so many occasions and it really has ah-mazing food. This is a picture of my starter. I usually go for the safe option - soup as I always love that but I went a bit wild and got fish cakes. They were fab. I then had rib of beef for main which was also divine. I'm not much of a dessert person as I'm always full when it comes to that stage. I did steal some of my mums pavalova (is that how it's spelled?) though.

Day 86 - Monday 02/02/15 | MONDAY WAS MY BIRTHDAY! I didn't really do anything on the day to celebrate, it was just any other Monday. I did have a little cake and some treats with my nieces and nephew, that was more for them than me, I may have let them blow out the candles ;)

Day 87 - Tuesday 03/02/15 | Probably my favourite birthday present. I got the Viva La Juicy perfume from my Mum. The 30ml bottle came in a little kit with a lovely pink make-up bag, travel sized perfume, body lotion and a set of these amazing nail stickers! I've never tried nail stickers before but I really like them so I'll definitely be buying some in the future. Anyone else like nail stickers?

Day 88 - Wednesday 04/02/15 | I had another newly qualified teacher workshop today. I always like them even though it is sitting down for 2 hours but I find them interesting and really helpful. Also, my friend/cousin who I went to school with, all through uni with and was on teaching practice with was at this one so we had a lovely catch-up and came up with some possible 'team' tutoring ideas that we might do together as we both teach the same subjects (Yeah, we're basically the same person lol)

Day 89 - Thursday 05/02/15 | Bop bop bop bop bop I'm lovin' it! Sometimes life calls for a McDonald's and today was one of those days. I haven't had it for ages and I was craving a McChicken sandwich SO bad. IT WAS THE BOMB.

Day 90 - Friday 06/02/15 | I know what you're thinking 'another food picture' but sometimes the pictures of food represent the happiness that surrounds them not just the actual food haha. I had lots of fun baking red velvet cupcakes today. They kind of didn't rise, they were teeny, like two bites! but they tasted really good which is the main thing I reckon.

Day 91 - Saturday 07/02/15 | This picture is basically a view through my eyes of most of my nights. I swear this dog should have been called Shadow. He is obsessed with me! He literally follows me everywhere. I don't think any body who isn't a blood relative has loved me this much haha.

Only 1 more '100 Happy Days' post left, can you believe it? Time really does fly, it scares the crap out of me if I am honest. Anyways, annoyingly 100 is not divisible by 7 so my last post is going to be 9 pictures from Today (Sunday) until Tuesday the 17th!

I hope you've all had a wonderful week and a fun weekend. I would love to know if you got up to anything exciting, let me know in the comments my friends!

Much Love,

There is always room for food photos. After all, food makes me happy as well as most people I know, and this is called 100 Happy days right? (; I wonder what McDonalds tastes like in Ireland. A friend from Madrid says McDonalds there is SO much different than McDonalds in the states. Just curious. (:

Oh really? I'm not so sure, I haven't been to the states. I've been to spain and its pretty much the same with slightly different menu , but everything that is the same tastes exactly the same! Xx

I will never complain about or judge food photos! Like you said, they really represent the happiness in the moment.

Glad you had a happy birthday!! Hope the next year is an amazing one :)

Love your photos! :) This post makes me want to take more photos myself, because it's such a great way to keep track of big life events, or even just the little things about your day.

I'm glad to hear you had a great birthday! <3
