1 year blogging

source
Wow this is crazy - I've stuck to a hobby for a whole year without getting tired of it! This is definitely a first for me. I have tried my hand at many things. The sport/fitness related one usually failed instantly haha. I've taken up painting and drawing but that was too messy I found and I've tried to read more books but I'm a sleepy reader. When I first made my blog, I don't think I knew what I was expecting. I just really wanted to take part in Sprinkle of Glitters 30-day-snap. Back then, I didn't have much faith that I would make it through the month of June and finish the 30 days never mind be still here rambling on a year later!

What do I enjoy about blogging?

Blogging has become some what of an addiction for me. I love the whole creative aspect of having a blog. Writing, taking or finding pictures and designing the whole look of my blog is just SO much fun. This little nugget of the internet is somewhere I feel like I can go to and just be me. I really feel like my real self here on my blog and I am so glad that quiet a few of you seem to actually like my blog and read it! that is all just a bonus.

I have met some amazing people through blogging, something I definitely wasn't expecting. Never once have I got a negative comment or seen one on someone else's blog. Everyone is always spreading the love and making each other feel good about themselves and like they are never alone. And that is a wonderful community to be a part of.

What's next for 'Dreaming Again'?

I'm not so sure. One thing I know is I have been feeling a lot more comfortable with my blog in recent times. So I really have a positive vision for the future of 'Dreaming Again'. I want to continue to write about whatever I like. I want to try different things, I have some in mind so keep your eyes peeled. I want to pour myself in to my blog so the reader can see my personality in every word. I want to improve my photography too. But most of all I just want to continue to be myself and create a unique blog. During the next month I will be doing the 30-day-snap. I've decided that I'm going to post one day late, so the picture for the first of June will be up on the Second of June, this just makes it so much easier and makes sure I don't have to rush to get a post up in the evening.

Advice for new bloggers?

I definitely don't think I'm in the position to give advice as I'm not a professional and still learning myself. But the main advice I will give is - always be yourself. Never write something you're not interested in or your heart isn't in, what would be the point? Do it with passion or not at all is one of the truest quotes in my book. You're blog should reflect you as a person, whether it be your true interests, ideas, feelings or thoughts.

What did I get up to?

I didn't really do anything to celebrate the anniversary. I am just spending the day at home with my family having a nice Sunday dinner. As I write this I'm getting ready to go to a barbeque with some of my friends, I can't wait! we're then heading out on the town for the night. So overall it's a very good day!

Hope you're having a lovely day wherever you are! thank you to everyone  who's ever read a post or commented on my blog, it honestly means so much to me!
